Rental Terms and Conditions
*All prices are listed in Euros and payable in Dinars (RSD) at the official exchange rate of our Bank. All prices include VAT.
*The Agency has the right to change the Apartment rates, thus the prices on the website have only informative character. The Apartment rates have to be confirmed by phone or e-mail.
*Reservations are fully confirmed after we receive reservation deposit payment in amount of at least 20% of lease price (minimum one day apartment rate). Reservation deposit can be paid either in cash or directly on our bank account. The costs of the money transfer on our bank account should be fully paid by the client.
*Total amount of the apartment rental is payable on the Arrival day.
*To the guest who has paid the reservation deposit or total amount for the apartment rental, the price which is valid on the date of the payment is guaranteed.
*City tax is 1.3 € (121.00 RSD) per person for each day of stay.
*Children age 7 to 15 years pay only 50% of the city tax.
*In case of reservation cancelling 72h or less before Arrival, Agency keeps amount of one day apartment rate.
*If guest cancels the reservation after the reservation has been made or wants to leave the apartment before the end of the reservation period, the Agency has the right to charge or to keep the amount of one day apartment rate of the reservation deposit for the reservation period that has been cancelled.
*Damage deposit is obligatory. It is taken before entering the apartment, and it is returned after the guest leaves the apartment, if all the property is in its original state.
*Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on Arrival and Check-out time is until 10:00 AM on Departure. In case our guests need or require staying in the apartment afterAM it can be arrange if the apartment is available. 10:00
*Until 4 PM there is a surcharge of 50% of the apartment rate. After 4 PM, one day apartment rate should be paid.
*The Agency doesn't take any responsibility over the following situations: disappearance of water, elevators and central heating malfunctioning, breakdowns of internet and cable connection, telephone lines, the power failures in the building and other possible technical shortcomings that Agency is not able to prevent.
*The Agency doesn't take any responsibility over the following situations: any kind of lost or missing of personal and valuable things/properties/belongings in the case of Force Majeure like burglary in the apartment.
*There is surcharge for Check-in and Check-out time:
21h-00h = 20€
00h-6:30 = 30€
* To check in, submit your identification documents to the responsible person from the Agency. It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation to the room. The Agency accommodates only registered guests.
*In case unregistered person or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the Agency has the right to the Agency has the right to surcharge 30% of daily apartment rate for each day of stay or to cancel accommodation.
*If guest because of his personal irresponsibility or guilt invites the Agency staff to the apartment or some other place, Agency has the right to charge the guest for each coming of the staff with:
20€ - from 21h until 00h
30€ - from 00h until 6:30
*It is strictly forbbiden to turn on more then one AC at the same time because of the possible instalation damage especcially while the window/s are opened. If by regular checking the apartment Agency staff affirms one of the following: if AC is working while windows are opened, if more then one AC/s is working and if AC or more then one AC/s are working while guest is not in the apartment, Agency has the right to charge every day of guest's stay with 10 EUR.
*Before guest lives the apartment the guest is obliged to be at the apartment until the Agency staffs comes to check the apartment and the premises in it and to return the keys.

Highchair
Baby bathtub
The price that should be paid for using baby equipment is 25€.
