  • How can I make a reservation for the apartment I have chosen?


-When You go to the page of the flat that You prefer, just answer a few questions by typing Your answers into spaces required. Your reservation becomes valid once You have received an affirmative answer from us, confirming that Your reservation has been accepted. You can also make a reservation by contacting us by telephone call +381 64 064 89 10

  • Is my reservation accepted even if I haven’t received the affirmative answer?

-Your reservation is not valid until You’ve received an affirmative answer from us. If You make a reservation by a telephone call, always require a confirmation e-mail.

  • Is my reservation ensured if I’ve received the affirmative answer?

-Yes, if You have received the affirmative answer, Your reservation is ensured.

  • What if something happens before my arrival, preventing me from entering the flat?

-It can happen, in an extremely low percent of occasions, that an unexpected event like power, waterworks or sewage failure, makes it impossible for us to fulfill Your valid reservation. In that case, we are obligated to find an adequate replacement accommodation at the closest location possible that will not disarrange Your visit to our capital.

  • What if I want to cancel my reservation?

-If, for any possible reason, You want to cancel Your reservation, we are strongly asking You to do that in time, or at least at the moment You knew You wouldn’t be needing the flat. We are also asking You to cancel Your reservation by telephone – by calling us or sending us an SMS. BELGRADES FINEST will surely look forward to host You some other time. If in amount of the reservation’s price has been paid in advance, BELGRADES FINEST keeps the paid amount.

  • What if I want to shorten my stay in the flat


-You pay the full amount of price at the time You are entering the flat. BELGRADES FINEST has the right to keep the full amount of money in the case that You leave the flat some day earlier. We hope You understand that Your private reasons must not have influence on the quality of our business.

We do recommend to You, if there is a possibility of shortening Your stay in the flat, to make a reservation for a period You will surely spend in it, with a possibility to extension. This way, we can avoid any misunderstanding about money back etc.

  • Is it possible to change the flat if I don’t like it when I arrive?

If there is a possibility, BELGRADES FINEST will do its best to meet Your request. We cooperate with a large number of people, that always allows us a possibility to find a replacement for the flat You dislike, the same or the next day. However, keeping in mind the quality of our flats, as well as the fact that You may get a good idea about them by exploring our web pages, You can be sure that all of this won’t be necessary at all.

  • When do I pay and to whom?


You make the payment at the time You are given the keys, to the operator who gave them to You and signed the contract with You on the behalf of BELGRADES FINEST. You get the bill for each payment.

  • Can I pay in euro or another currency?


The payment is made in dinars, by upper course at the National Bank of Serbia, at the day of the payment. There are many exchange offices located close to our flats, so a foreign currency won’t be a problem.

  • Can I pay by a card or a check


For now, it is only possible to pay in cash. Nevertheless, there are many ATM-s located near to our flats, so it will not be a problem to get cash. We are also currently working to make it possible for You to pay by a card.

  • Can I pay at the and of my stay?


The payment is made only in advance, when You are given the keys. If, for any reason, You can’t pay the whole amount at once, You can also pay for a shorter period of time, and then, before the end of that period, to pay the rest.

  • Do I have to pay an amount of money a few days earlier to ensure my reservation?


If You insist on paying an amount of money in advance, before You arrive, that will not be a problem. But, even without it, if You’ve received a confirmation from us, You can be sure that Your reservation is fully ensured.

  • I am arriving early in the morning, can I enter the flat right away?


-You enter our flats by 14:00 (2 pm). It is possible to enter earlier, only in the case that previous guests had left the flat before 12:00 at the day of Your arrival. In the case the flat was empty the day before Your arrival, then it is possible to enter early in the morning. In any case, the best for You would be to ask us about that before You arrive.

  • Who will give me the keys?

-One of our operators will wait for You at the flat’s address. When You arrive, You will enter the flat with him where he will give You the keys and sign the leisure contract with You. This is also when You are expected to make Your payment. You will be given our operator’s name and telephone number the day You arrive, or a day before.

  • I arrive late at night. What then?

-You are very welcome at BELGRADES FINEST at any time, day or night, so You may enter the flat around the clock. We just ask You to let us know about the time of Your arrival, and to do so in time, especially if You expect to arrive late at night, or early in the morning.

  • What should I do with the keys when it is time to departure?

-In most cases, You leave the keys at a place that we agree about, that has previously been marked and prepared for that. We also have the right to request from You to give back the keys to one of our operators who will, in that case, be present at the time of Your departure.

  • I would like a friend of mine to take the keys before I arrive.

-This is also possible. In this case, the person who gets the keys, is also expected to sign the contract with one of our operators, and to make the payment. Then, once You have arrived, it is also necessary to record Your arrival.Towels and bed covers are included.
